Join instructors Pam Chase and Mandy Ryle for this fun class and brunch on New Years Day 2020. Yoga Bootcamp is a fun way to condition the body and build technique in your Yoga practice. We'll explore creative drills, partner work and fun exercises to get on a good sweat and have a blast.
After class we will enjoy a healthy New Years Day brunch with an oatmeal bar, yogurt parfait, hard boiled eggs, cheeses and meat board and baguette with assorted spreads and jams. We'll have coffee, tea, bloody marys, mimosas and their virgin counterparts.
