Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” In this workshop, we will honor Christ through movement, prayer and meditation. Together we will discover how yoga and the teachings of Christ can inspire us to be living examples of love in this world.
