Seated on the high-desert mesa at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of New Mexico, Taos is rich with art and steeped in history. Taos has been a refuge for artists since 1915, a seat of resistance to Spanish Colonization in 1696, and it's Taos Pueblo has been continuously inhabited for a millenium. Taos is a fascinating combination of art, history, culture and spirituality. This makes it a perfect place to retreat this Summer. Healthy home cooked meals, daily Yoga and meditation practices, hiking and sight seeing are some of the features of this Taos Yoga Retreat.
