based on individual levels of development. No experience necessary!

From monkey jumps to saving our friends from the evil alien mudfish- this exciting adventure teaches us that sometimes we must pause.. and think of others and how they are feeling!

This story is best for ages 4 up to 8!

Yoga postures and breathwork are interwoven through storytelling and class
ends in an activity!


Presented by Lacey Gothreaux- a momma of three and a believer in yoga, stories,
and fun!
Investment is $10/child. Please bring a yoga mat or rent one of ours.
There is space for the caregiver to relax while the child is in class.
