This program teaches girls to build trust and confidence, develop new communication skills and self-awareness, and experience first hand how to build strong bonds with other girls.  

Each day, we will have new and exciting exercises that will have the girls working through obstacles and developing problem-solving skills. The goal is to promote learning, self-discovery and provide a unique experience that will create lifelong lessons. 

The successful completion of our Leader-In-Training retreat, attendees can apply for assistant camp counselors in our youth programs.  Students can use these towards their 40-hour high school volunteer requirement.
