Self Massage Workshop (Online)
The Yoga Tune Up® method is a
soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the
variousYoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release
(self-massage). Therapeutic trigger point massage has numerous
benefits for the body: it flushes the tissues with fresh blood and
lymph, aides in the removal of metabolic waste, and starts to peel
apart layers of connective tissue and muscle fibers that have
become bound up and immobilized.
We will also use the Coregeous® Ball to
stimulate the vagus nerve and down regulate the nervous system. We
will end with a guided meditation to allow the body to integrate
the work that we do. You should oeave feeling like you had one of
the best massages of your life and even better, the skills for
better self-care.
* Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and Coregeous® Ball
required. When you register for the workshop you can order the
Therapy Balls to be shipped to you or you can pick them up at the
studio. We need at least 3 business days for shipping.
