There is so much information when it comes to food and what we should eat to live our best life. Ultimately, it comes down to finding foods that we enjoy and eating in a sustainable manner. Join Sam as we discover how ALL foods can fit into a healthy diet and how we can find a balance between the foods we enjoy and the foods we need to eat.
Sam will also discuss how to properly fuel your body before and after workouts, along with eating foods to help boost our immunity. This virtual workshop will be interactive and filled with fun learning. Because Sam is a non-diet dietitian, she promises that you will walk away feeling enriched with the tools and knowledge to be able to fuel for your best life.
Samantha Christy, registered dietitian and exercise physiologist, is founder of Triple A Wellness, a company focused on empowering people to live their best life through positive relationships with food and their body. Triple A Wellness is all about providing inclusive, non-diet counseling to anyone with any body, anywhere. Sam has a master’s degree from Colorado State University, and Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State, and has worked in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. A coach at Orangetheory Fitness, Sam is an expert in many fitness modalities including kettlebells, TRX, Vipr, and cycling. Sam currently works one-on-one with clients to provide lifestyle and behavior changes to help them live their best life through proper nutrition and a healthy relationship with their body.
