In the event physical distancing measures are for any session dates we will be providing written training plans with video instruction for each session so you can complete them on your own.
Dates: August 4th-25th
Please remember to bring water and a watch or some timing mechanism.
These training sessions will focus on developing mobility, form, strength, speed for efficient run technique. This will be done through the development of functional running strength, mobility, drills, and intervals to help you sustain great form throughout your run!
