Develop your run form, strength and speed for the with Coach Patrick

ALL Classes are 70 minutes long! (5:30am-6:40 am)

Candy Cane PARK 

When: Tuesdays 5:30-6:45am

In the event physical distancing measures are for any session dates we will be providing written training plans with video instruction for each session so you can complete them on your own.

These training sessions will focus on developing mobility, form, strength, speed for efficient run technique. This will be done through the development of functional running strength, mobility, drills, and intervals to help you sustain great form throughout your run!
