Learn about Mindfulness through this four week series. This series will include learning the concepts of Mindfulness and how to incorporate it as a lifestyle through Mindful Meditation, Mindful Movement, Mindful Eating, Mindful Coloring, Mindful Listening and Breath work.
Ashley Baer is a certified Health & Wellness Coach, 200RYT who has also trained in meditation and mindfulness with and studied with Jon Kabat Zinn, local teacher and mindfulness based Therapist -Lena Franklin, as well as being certified by the Omega Institute to teach Mindfulness in Education. She currently teaches a Mindfulness Pilot course in Forsyth County Schools. Go deeper into MIndfulness with this four week series.
