In each of us, there is an innate richness deep within the spiritual heart. We all have that depth and yet we do not always live in that reality. We believe instead that we don’t matter, that we are not good enough, or that we are too busy to look at our inner beliefs. So how does healing these mistakes of our intellect help the world heal?

When you soften and open into whatever you feel, it creates the space for healing to happen. Freedom becomes radiantly attractive. Evolution happens one moment at a time. But all it takes is a moment of compassionate presence to release the wounds of the past and become empowered, honest and free. This is the work that changes the world, one luminous heart at a time.
