This 4-wk series will show us how to Heal from a Painful Past. We will use specific mindfulness techniques and approaches, proven to help heal painful memories from the past. Healing is the ability to look back on past events with gratitude and loving appreciation and see the perfection. It also creates future trust.
Participants can expect a blend of meditation, mindfulness
“talks”, journaling and expression.
No previous experience required.
