This workshop is a back to basics approach to get your breathing deeper, smoother, longer, and support your nervous system, increase your energy and invite a calm steady mind at the same time.
You will learn the following:
* Techniques to increase the strength and function of your diaphragm
* Learn how to use the full force of the lungs (and therefore get as much prana into your system as possible)
* The connection between breath and mind and practices for reducing anxiety.
* Techniques to increase the tone of the vagus nerve which supports health, longevity, energy and a healthy & resilient nervous system.
