A weekly virtual gathering designed to develop courage, strength, and personal truth, as well as the skills to empower them through the teen years. This program combines fun wellness activities layered with empowering coaching to build a positive self-image, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence skills. These programs feature mindful activities like yoga and pilates, self-care rituals, spa activities, confidence-building exercises, emotional intelligence games, and lots of fun!

In order to join in you will need a computer or tablet that has an internet connection and a webcam.  There is no cost to join our Zoom meetings. For security purposes, we have taken precautions to keep our girls safe. Attendees will be placed in a waiting room before being given access, and we will lock the room once everyone arrives to maintain a safe environment. Girls will need to keep their cameras on during our session.
