We are holding an Information Session for Taproots Yoga Teachers Training. We will begin with a centering meditation practice for new beginnings and intention setting. We will then share a bit about our journey to yoga with each other and what we hope to achieve for ourselves. Please join us and connect with your fellow applicants and instructors and ask any questions you may have.
