Celebrate the turn of the season with this 2 hour meditation and yoga workshop embracing all that Spring represents. As we start to emerge from winter's cold, take the time to reflect on what metaphorical seeds you are planting and what it is you are hoping to grow, nurture and support in yourself and your community this new season. Class will start with a centering exercise and simple yoga postures to warm the body and get the blood flowing. You'll be guided through a reflection to help you hone in on what your aspirations for Spring are and given a little time to journal afterwards. Then we'll move into a flowing, sweet and easy asana practice and finish with an extra long and guided savasana. Though the snow and the cold may last longer than March 20th, our minds and hearts can invite in Spring and the ideas of new growth and fresh beginnings.
