This is an additional week of LIT for Teens who have completed the Teen Leadership Certification, and one LIT week.  

Teens who attend an additional week will have more choice of their role as an LIT, new goals for the week, and new responsibilities in leadership opportunities.

Teens will further develop: 

• Learn how to set healthy boundaries 
• Build trust & respect in relationships  
• Communicate effectively in emotionally charged situations 
• Team building and conflict resolution and agreement skills 
• Develop courage for personal power 
• increase the depth of emotional intelligence  

Location: 5100 Appleby Line, Burlington

Leadership hours for all weeks are 8:30-4:30.
