Welcome to our Beginner's Stage Two Yoga Course.
This course has specially tailored to:
1) Those that have completed our stage one beginners course and are looking to advanced their skills.
2) Any of our members that are looking to advance their yoga practice (it is recommended you do complete our stage one first, but please have a chat to Chris to discuss suitability)
This course delves deeper into:
Week 1: Building strength & strength for arm balances
Week 2: Alignment of poses (more asanas)
Week 3: Yoga flows (the how and why)
Week 4: Restorative yoga poses for healing
