Saturday, April 24. We will host a different seminar the last
Saturday or every month until November 27. Each seminar is 90
minutes (12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.). Schedule below.
Coach Cory will facilitate the seminars. Michelle Phillips (FitClub coach, certified Nutritionist and mental health worker and public educator with CMHA) will lead the presentations.
