This class is a ballet inspired workout that incorporates ballet barre and floor work. It is an upbeat class that utilizes the barre, light weights and mini Pilates ball to build strength, enhance flixibility and improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome and no dance experience is required.

To help with social distancing and keep numbers in the studio down, only one parent may wait with each dancer. We encourage parents of dancers over the age of 9 to drop students off or wait in your car.
Please DO NOT come to class if you or anyone in your home has been ill in the past 14 days.
Please DO NOT come to NCADA Studio if you or anyone in your home has a temperature over 100.2.
We encourage mask wearing.
