What’s expected of you?
Committed. We expect you to commit a minimum of 30-minutes per day to your physical and mental well-being.
Consistent. We expect you to show up every day and give yourself the best you have to offer for that day.
Accountable. We expect you to engage with us. Let us know how you are doing and how we can best support you.
Evolve. We expect you to listen and to respect your body, that includes listening to when it is telling you to up the intensity and when to modify a movement.
Join the Community. Actively engage and support other challenge participants.
As part of this virtual program, participants will be asked about their wellness goals (fitness, nutrition, and self-care), will be asked to share their pre- and post- challenge photos.
Participants must have access to Facebook, as classes will be posted daily via Facebook. Missed a live-streamed class, no worries! Come back any time throughout the day to get in your workout.
