Description
An outdoor circuit-style class
offered from May until October, Strollerfit was specifically
developed to participants navigate fitness following pregnancy and
childbirth. Each 60-minute class incorporates cardiovascular and
muscular training component using the stroller and baby as added
resistance.
Participants are required to be a minimum 6 weeks postpartum
to attend
Class will be meeting at the the walkway by the splash
pad
Please bring a mat or towel for ground
work
