A Movement & Wellbeing Workshop for Menopause

Every biological female will experience the menopause, yet the word is still be a bit of a taboo! But we want to change that and help you, at whatever stage you're at with menopause, understand exactly what is happening in your body so you can take back a little more control.
The symptoms of the hormonal deficiencies that begin to occur around menopause are varied and wide ranging, and it is often difficult to identify the root cause of seemingly random, unconnected symptoms that begin to occur in and around your 40s.
In this workshop we will talk through the different hormones and
their interaction with each other and how this interaction affects
the body; what changes the female body goes through before and
during the menopause, and what effect this may have on our mental
and physical condition.
The workshop be spilt into an hour of information sharing, health and fitness tips and talking, followed by an hour of Pilates movement specifically to help support you through the stages of the menopause.
