This is a 12 hour training geared for professional massage therapists.

Pregnancy is a time of major physiological, psychological, and social changes. While massage therapy during pregnancy is not intended to replace appropriate medical and prenatal care,
there are a number of indications for massage in pregnancy.

The workshop will be led by our studio's founder, Jerry, a state licensed (LA #0088) Massage Therapist, with over 30 years massage therapy experience. She was the original administrator for the Lafayette location of Blue Cliff School and was the instructor for many subjects, including pregnancy massage. She certified in Pregnancy Massage with Carole Osbourne Sheets in 1995.

You are encouraged to bring a snack or light lunch and a drink, as we will not leave for a lunch break.
$200 if paid by Sat 3/05; $225 after that date; Registration closes Thursday, March 10, 2022. No Walk ins, please.
