Description
Join Sarah Fischer for a deep and grounding practice designed to help you relax and welcome the winter season.
The hour-long asana practice will gently and systematically open your legs, hips, and lower back to settle your energy.
Once settled, you’ll relax deeply in your savasana with a 30-minute guided practice of Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep.
Come away feeling grounded, relaxed, and ready for the last few days of December.

This class is practiced barefoot. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring water.
Regardless of vaccination status, if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, such as a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please do not visit our studio until you are symptom free. If you have come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19, please wear a face mask to all in-person classes, and if you have tested positive for COVID, please stay home for at least least 5 days.
