Sound healing, or Innerdance is a sound healing journey that was reborn in the Philippines. It helps us access different parts of ourselves for healing through deep relaxation. This allows the nervous system to calm down and brings one into a trance like state.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing for comfort. Bring any props you may need for lying on the ground comfortably. Inform Rukmani or Derek of any concerns or ailments before the workshop begins.
