Beginners Workshop
Starting yoga can be intimidating. At Bodhi Yoga we aim to make that first step as easy as possible.
For new students we recommend starting your journey with a beginner’s workshop. It’s the perfect way to be introduced to the world of yoga!
We take you step by step through the basics so you can build confidence in your practice. As you progress through the 4 week workshop, you’ll begin to understand how and why yoga will help not only your body, but your mind too.

All elements of yoga come into focus during the 4 week workshop, including; asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation and the philosophy of yoga. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will be confident to walk into any yoga class, anywhere in the world!
Our experienced teachers will take you through the most common yoga poses and help you make adjustments personalised to your body. Beginner workshops are kept small and private so you can receive the individual attention required, all in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We invite questions and openness from all students throughout the workshop.
The beginner workshop is $279.00 (Earyl bird rate). This provides access to the beginner workshop classes held on both Tuesday evenings (6.30pm ~ 60mins) and Saturday mornings (9.30am ~ 75/90mins). This also includes a 2 week all access pass to hone your skills at some of our basic or intermediate classes. The two week pass can be started during or after the beginner course.
We hold two session per week for our beginners, with both classes important as they will focus on different aspects of yoga, however if you are unable to make one of the sessions, this is completely fine, as long as you complete one class per week you will complete the entire course.
