In this five week session, we will create balance in our physical and energetic bodies by combining a gentle asana practice with Yin postures. The gentle movements of the active postures will create strength in our bodies as well as our minds. Then the passive postures will encourage our bodies to release what we no longer need while increasing flexibility. A lovely long meditative savasana will complete each session. The entire practice is intended to bring the body, mind and breath into harmony and equanimity.
