Come and learn about how some of our yoga poses make you feel, which parts of our body have to work to do them & how we can rearrange ourselves to do the same pose in different ways.
Kids yoga is a great opportunity for children to express themselves physically, so besides the benefit of developing strength & flexibility it encourages them to think about all aspects of their well-being & can help them to manage stress and anxiety. We love to see the children growing in confidence every week & encourage them to be creative & use their own ideas in class.
In class there will be a mix of games, breathing exercises, yoga fun & relaxation. When we are under the Rocci Tree our imaginations can take us anywhere.
