Why not give yourself the gift of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation? This 1 hour 15 minutes of mini spa retreat is a combination of Restorative Yoga,  Massage, Meditation and Reiki.This can be a wonderful time of year to slow down and do something nice for YOU!

Janice will lead the Restorative Meditation while Kristin will work the room with gentle Massage/Reiki of neck, shoulders and feet while resting in a restorative pose or savasana.   

Bring a Yoga mat.  Please do not a eat a large meal before yoga class.  Bring your favorite blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.
