Outdoor yoga led by Kathi at Veterans Tribute Park Bring your yoga mat and a friend and meet us for a full 60-minute all levels friendly stretch and flow.
Bring your yoga mat ( I will have a few extras with me) a towel, and your water bottle. Consider wearing sunscreen too! Dress in comfortable clothing that allows movement.
