Spend 2 hours with Rachel as she intoduces you to your Anahata- your Heart Chakra. As your 4th primary chakra, Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, love, forgiveness, and compassion. The practice will introduce certain breathing techniques that can help open the physical space in our heart center. Time will be spent on specific postures that aid in heart, chest, and shoulder opening. A gentle vinyasa flow will be incorporated into this workshop before settling into a meditation to round out the class.
