Tune Up Your Posture is a 1-hr live in person workshop that will give you the tools you need to assess and correct your posture throughout the day so you can alleviate the neck/shoulder pain or low back pain that comes with excessive sitting or computer.
Melissa Trauger, Doctor of Physical Therapy (and also an Advantage member!) will share what good posture is and how you can get yourself into a better position to breathe, work and move.
“Good posture” isn't necessarily just sitting up tall with shoulders back. Join us for the Tune Up Your Posture workshop and discover how you can correct your own posture and releive strain throughout the day.
