A restorative and therapeutic Sunday evening sound experience
Hosted by Amber D’Aniello who works with a method known as the BAST method of sound therapy, developed over 25 years and aims to help you relax deeply.
After settling the group she will start by playing Himalayan singing bowls, followed by the ethereal sound of the crystal singing bowls.
Amber will finish with therapeutic percussion sequence in which she plays rain sticks and shakers which get progressively stronger and gradually louder ending in silence. After which you will have as long as you need, to gradually come out of the meditation.
The session is 45 minutes long and will leave you feeling relaxed and nourished.
Amber signed up with the British Academy of Sound Therapy in April 2021 and is now loving the journey and sharing the beautiful energy and frequencies with as many people as she possibly can.
You will need:
eye pillow (or a soft scarf to block out any extra light)
Some things to consider before a sound bath:
Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water.
Eat light and healthy food before the sound bath.
Wear warm, comfortable and flexible clothing.
Set your intentions and be positive.
Settle yourself in a comfortable space, lie down with a calm mind and enjoy the experience.
