Aerial hammock, is a close cousin to aerial silks, with the key distinguishing difference being that the silk is looped to form a hammock.  This 4 week introductory to aerial hammock teaches you the basics in a fun, supportive, and uplifting class! 

Bring a water bottle, and clothes you can move in.  We recommend a form fitting shirt, or one that you can tuck in!
