Description

This highly focused breathwork experience is designed to take you on an extremely powerful journey of self discovery. Using conscious connected breath, music and prompts, you will be guided by the facilitator Shawna to open up the layers of the logical mind and dive into the inner recesses of the subconscious mind-where infinite possibilities exist.

This journey can be mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, psychedelic, difficult, easy, all the above or none of the above. Our body understands the breath more than any other external source. All that is needed is the ability to suspend judgement and to surrender allowing the breath to take over so the outcome can unfold. “

Preparations:

Wear loose and comfy clothing, especially nothing that restricts the stomach, diaphragm or lungs. • Try not to eat an hour or two before a Breathwork session. However, it is best to not come hungry. Eating something light and easy to digest is preferred such as a smoothie, tea, fruit, etc. If you can, before the session stretch your body and move a little. • Create your nest by bringing a blanket, mat, perhaps eye mask, a journal and water.
