Jumping into new activities with new people… oh and in the middle of a pandemic can be difficult.  To make people comfortable we will be offering a 1:1 beginner series as well.  This will allow students to take the workshop and make it more customizable to them.  Allowing us to focus on what they want to get out of their yoga practice.
