Minimum 3-month commitment

This membership provides unlimited monthly sessions, allowing you to customize your wellness experience based on your needs. You can choose to utilize your membership for one modality or experience all that SDO offers monthly.
Memberships auto-renews monthly | Minimum 3 Months | 30-day Notice for Membership Termination| Early termination fee of $100.

This membership will provide you with unlimited sessions of any service:
- (1) 60-minute massage per month
8 of the following sessions. The eight sessions can be used in any combination.
- Infrared Sauna
- Salt Room
- Oxygen Therapy
- Foot Detox

As part of your Wellness Membership, you have (1) complimentary monthly treatment to be shared with a friend that may be redeemed in the same month within (30) days after you are charged for your membership dues. However, unused complimentary monthly friend session may not “roll over” as a service credit into the following (30) day period. Your unused sessions will roll over. However, if the membership is placed on hold, sessions cannot be scheduled. To schedule your appointments, your membership must be active.
SDO continues to adhere to an appointment cancellation policy and kindly requests that you provide us with a full 24-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being considered a treatment that will be used. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly cancelled will not count as a used treatment, and the $50 cancellation fee will not be assessed.
