Membership – Terms
1. Monthly Sessions & Roll-Over
Each membership includes a fixed number of sessions per month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are non-transferable to another person or future months.
2. Auto-Billing & Cancellation
Memberships are set up for automatic monthly billing on the same date each cycle.
To cancel, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect the following month.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. You will receive at least 14 days’ advance notice of any material changes before your next renewal.
4. Retroactive Use
Membership credits cannot be applied to past sessions or purchases.
5. Late Cancellation & No-Show
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing the session.
Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the session credit for that month.
6. Payment & Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds for partial months or unused sessions.
