Hand chosen river rocks will be placed on the body to nurture tired muscles, revive subtle energy and for over-all nourishment for the mind, body and soul.

This session is 75 minutes
Please arrive 15 minutes before session, properly hydrated and on a fairly empty stomach.
This session will be practiced fully clothed, please dress comfortably and layer according to season and temperature
