Immerse yourself in a 90 minute
Bump Workshop for mums-to-be. Led by two experienced teachers in
their fields, Ashley and May, this fantastic duo have come together
to provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower
you on your pre-natal journey.
Co-owner of Kalimukti, Yoga and Pilates teacher Ashley will being
the workshop witha 45 minute Pilates practice. She will guide you
through a series of movements designed to strengthen and stabilise
your body throughout your pregnancy and aid with labour and
birthing.
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth
Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some
simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing
tension during pregnancy and birth.
This combo is sure to fill you with a sense of strength and
confidence for the mind and body.
