With everyone's wellbeing at heart, here are our new policies:
- face masks must be worn at all times in the studio
- classes in-studio are currently limited to just 5 guests per class
- everyone's temperature will be taken upon arrival with touchless forehead thermometer
- if you feel unwell or travel by public transport you must wait 14 days before in-studio class
- all in-studio classes also available live on ZOOM (just sign-up for "virtual" class)
- hand sanitizer available
- everyone must bring their own mat and props or purchase a set here for your use only (can be kept in the studio or you may bring home with you)
