This is an all levels class taught by Melissa Crowder. Kundalini Yoga uses pranayama (breath work), movement, sound and mudras (hand and body shapes) to move and direct your energy. It is great for toning your muscles, stress relief, dropping addictions and bad habits, feeling better and finding yourself. This is a 75 min. class and always includes meditation with Gong sounds.
