Many people suffer from fear and anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by the stress and unpredictability of everyday life. We’ll explore mindfulness methods and meditations from Buddha’s teachings that help us deal with fear and tension more effectively and eventually become peaceful, fearless and confident.

About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a
topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation.
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is
necessary.
Although it’s most beneficial to engage in the whole series, you are welcome to drop in for an individual class whenever you wish.
Weekly guided meditations and Buddhist teachings are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
