This combined Level class means the focus will be level 1 but will start introducing Level 2 concepts and poses.
Level 1 is an ongoing class for students with a basic understanding of the postures. Level 1 classes introduce the next level of asanas, such as backbends, forward bends and inversions. Level 2 is for students with a consistent practice in the Iyengar Method of Yoga. Students must have knowledge of and practice the standing asanas and inversions with confidence.
