Let’s put it all together! Our Total Body Workout will challenge every aspect of you. In this session, we set a variety of exercises each designed to challenge a different muscle group. It will challenge your entire body’s strength, endurance, balance, core, agility, speed, plyometrics and overall athletic ability. We combine intervals of challenging movements using various athletic exercises that will keep it safe and effective.
