We’ll start by connecting breath and movement with sun salutations and then move into a balance-focused standing series where you'll hold poses for longer periods of time. Also included: A core sequence, back bends and hip openers. This well-rounded class is designed to leave you feeling perfectly balanced. All levels welcome.</p>
