A foundations class open for beginners and experienced students alike, who are looking to learn or refine the building blocks (ie foundations) of yoga!
These classes are designed to share yoga in a non-intimidating, educational environment. With a mix of interactive conversation and thoughtful movement, our community will begin a journey of sharing yoga and growing together! In this class, you will be guided to take the time to go through each pose and explore variations to make them accessible for your own unique practice. Breathing techniques will be emphasized and a short meditation will end each class.
