Tai Chi, an internal martial art, is self-healing modality with roots in the Yang, Chen and Wu styles. This course is a Yang/Tso variation. Tai chi focuses on breakwork, balance, stability and artful movements. This course will improve posture and circulation, enhance mental wellness, stimulate purposeful movements, as well as, massage the organs.
