Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga,
incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with
asanas (poses) that a r e held for longer periods of time than in
other style s. Yin Yoga targets both the deep connective tissues
between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is
to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Great for all levels.
If you have props of your own please bring them
(bolster, blocks, straps, and blankets) anything you'd like to use
to help with your practice. Props can be borrowed for class if
needed!
